enjoy skiing, then we have just what you're looking for! The Flambeau
Hills Ski Trails are just minutes from our door. Fourteen miles of
beautifully groomed scenic trails offer you the added enjoyment of winter's
beauty and excitement in the real Wisconsin northwoods.
There are
a total of 10 cross country ski trails that are maintained for your winter
enjoyment in Price County. Enjoy the many events Price and Sawyer Counties
have to offer in wintertime. Candle Light Skiing at Flambeau Hills
is an event that is sure to be an amazing experience. Enjoy the festivities
of -- or participate in -- the
American Birkebeiner in Hayward, a short drive northwest of our
resort.

The longest trail in the area is Flambeau
Hills Ski Trails. 14 miles of groomed trails.

8 mile trail in the Flambeau River
State Forest/ connects with the Flambeau Trail to the south, The
Oxbo Ski Trail.

6.3 mile trail, in Phillips, Log
Jam Ski Trail.
|
|
6 miles of moderately hilly and
rolling terrain, the Holy Cross Ski Trails
|
|
3.4 miles of trails, good for the
beginner, the Solberg Lake Trail.

In the Chequamegon, there is a 7
mile trail, with 160 year old hardwood, the Round Lake Ski Trail.

In the Chequamegon, there is a 6
mile trail, designed for the beginner/intermediate skiier, the Newan
Springs Ski Trail

In the Chequamagon, there is a 5.8
mile, more challenging trail, theWintergreen Ski Trail.

To the south, 5 miles east of
Ogema, are 7.5 miles of hilly terrain, the Timm's Hill/Highpoint Ski
Trails.
